4.1. Cartographic and Location Information

The coordinate data and postal addresses displayed on the Site are sourced from OpenStreetMap (OSM) and LocationIQ and are used under the Open Database License (ODbL). The user agrees to comply with the terms of said license.

Additionally, the graphical visualization of maps is provided through the Google Maps Embed API service. The use of this functionality is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Technical clarification: EncuentraCanchas.com uses coordinates obtained from open data sources (OpenStreetMap) processed by LocationIQ. The Site uses the Google Maps Embed API for graphical rendering, subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. No Google proprietary data is stored in our databases.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Site, including but not limited to:
